Islamic Pre-Nuptial Agreements

To be enforceable by law, a Prenuptial Agreement must also comply with the laws of the country (as distinct from the Islamic Law of the Sharia in which it is drawn up and signed).

This will guarantee that the agreement will be legally binding on both husband and wife and, should problems later arise a concerned spouse will have protection under the law of his or her country.

The solicitors at Stoke White offer a unique perspective to our Muslim clients. While we are fully qualified family lawyers, we recognize the importance of our clients who require that their family contracts are compliant with the Shari’a.

We work closely with our clients and listen to their needs with compassion and understanding whilst being equipped to help you develop solutions founded in faith and enforceable by English law.
